I got a computer from them. due to sickness I got behind on payments but they were wonderful to me. They even came and picked up my payments and the only late fees I paid was $5 per month.
I am moving and they are working with me about my computer and they even called the Aaron's in Jeffersonville IN to let them know I was a good client and to work with me. I am going to get my washer and dryer from there and hopefully living room set.
Streamwood IL Aaron's has wonderful customer service, do not call me at all hours of the day or night, do not come out to the house pounding on my door, do not harass me in any way.
Not every rental would let you move out of state with their merchandise and let you finish paying it off using a debit card. they do not take out the payment until I call them and tell them the money is in there. The manager, Dean, works with everyone, and I have never had anyone treat me bad or anything since I have rented with Aaron's. Much better than with Rent A Center that charges late fees every day and they will harass you for your payments and they do not stand behind their products.
